This one-hour webinar will feature a how-to guide for anyone interested in discovering a sure-fire way to launch and implement a BC/DR project.  It will cover the complete framework for the BC/DR life-cycle - from project kick-off through exercising the plan. You will learn the 10 most important techniques to ensure a successful BC/DR project. The forum will allow you to ask questions and get answers!  The program will cover:

• Project initiation (areas of discovery)
• Creating a realistic project schedule
• Managing the project stakeholders

R&A Crisis Management Services founder and CEO, Irene Rozansky, with 20 years of international experience in strategic planning, project management, BC/DR, crisis communications, and information security will lead the webinar.  She is holds a faculty position at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management teaching Project Management.
